We’re excited to announce an internal promotion within our leadership team and are now seeking an experienced, mission-driven leader to join us as our Facility CEO.

Position Summary

The Facility CEO is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the hospital, ensuring the consistent delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care. This executive-level role oversees daily operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement, with the goal of maintaining Cottonwood Creek’s reputation for excellence in behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Overseeing operational systems to support high standards of patient care and service
• Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a multidisciplinary team
• Promoting financial sustainability through strategic planning and cost-effective practices
• Approving and enforcing facility policies, procedures, and operational standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution preferred
• Experience:
• With Master’s degree: Minimum 5 years of healthcare management experience
• With Bachelor’s degree: Minimum 7 years of healthcare management experience
