    • Position Summary

  • Respond to inquiries about potential admissions and general questions.
  • Gather necessary information to facilitate the admissions process.
  • Make appropriate referrals for individuals not suited for admission.
  • Handle pre-authorization of services.
  • Welcome patients and assist with paperwork upon their arrival at the facility.

    • Education : Bachelor's Degree required.

    Certifications / Licenses : CPI / CPR per policy; current licensure or certification preferred based on discipline.

    Experience : Preferred background in crisis management or intake processes.
