Job Summary
- Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, provides direct patient care to patients as assigned, promoting a safe and efficient working environment.
- Maintains accurate communication with the treatment team to ensure quality care is provided to all patients.
- Contributes to a positive patient experience by providing empathetic and compassionate care.
Responsibilities:
- Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develops and implements individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team.
- Provides emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, addressing concerns and fostering a sense of well-being.
- Maintains accurate and detailed records of patient progress, adhering to facility policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program and active state licensure in good standing.
- Inpatient experience preferred, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
