About the Role:
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, providing nursing interventions, and maintaining a safe and efficient working and treatment environment per facility policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute psychiatric experience and be able to communicate effectively with the treatment team to ensure safe, quality care is provided to all patients. Additionally, they will possess leadership skills, be able to supervise Behavioral Health Technicians, and assume the role of Charge Nurse when assigned.
