POSITION SUMMARY:
- Oversees the operations of the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).
- Develops and implements CBT/DBT focused curriculum for Programs
- Interprets accreditation and regulatory standards and implements processes to ensure compliance.
- Audit medical to ensure compliance regulatory requirements
- Provides patient care as outlined in Outpatient Therapist job description when necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the department.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Full clinical licensure required (LCSW, LPCC)
- Supervisor credential "-S" for supervising LMSW, LMHCs
- Licensed as a MAD approved independent practitioner
- Two years program and/or service management experience working with clinical IOP or PHP multidisciplinary teams is preferred.
- One year clinical supervisory experience and expertise in both mental health and substance abuse treatment.
