The role of the RN House Supervisor plays a vital part in this mission, serving as a resource to direct care staff and coordinating responses to incidents and errors. This position also supports the Director of Nursing and/or Nurse Manager with staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you will need two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with one year of acute psychiatric experience and one year of management experience preferred. You will also have an active state license and a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program.
