Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our treatment team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in conducting patient assessments, implementing nursing interventions, and ensuring effective communication within the treatment team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting patient assessments and providing nursing interventions to patients as assigned. They will also maintain a safe and efficient working and treatment environment per facility policies and procedures. Effective communication with the treatment team is essential to ensure safe, quality care is provided to all patients.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Registered Nurse will provide supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians and assume the role of Charge Nurse when assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Two years as Registered Nurse with one year acute psychiatric experience preferred.
