Daily Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities will include assessing patients, managing crisis situations, collaborating with the treatment team, providing patient educational information, facilitating educational/activity groups, and supervising Behavioral Health Technicians. You will also assume the role of Charge Nurse when assigned.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program and at least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with one year of acute psychiatric experience preferred. You will also need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients and their families.
