Outpatient Therapist Role

This full-time position involves working in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) where you will assess and treat patients through individual, family, and/or group therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide evidence-based treatments to patients
- Manage a caseload and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW) or Professional Counseling (LCPC)
- At least two years of experience working with clinical teams
- One year of experience working with behavioral health populations in an outpatient setting, preferably in Mental Health/Substance Abuse IOPs
