Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to direct care staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Coordinate response to incidents, errors, and sentinel events, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop effective solutions. Support the DON and/or Nurse Manager with staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth. Direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary and/or assigned, demonstrating expertise and compassion in practice.
