Haven Behavioral Healthcare seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to serve as a Nursing Operations Team Lead, overseeing the provision of care and providing support to direct care staff. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage staffing, staff education, and other activities assigned by the DON or Nurse Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight for the provision of care
- Serves as a resource to the direct care staff
- Supports the DON and/or Nurse Manager with staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned
- Provides direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary and/or assigned
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- In accordance with the emergency regulation issued by the City of Philadelphia requiring hospital workers to be fully vaccinated, all employees and contractors of Haven Behavioral Healthcare are required to be fully vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine
