Therapist (Licensed) IOP 7500 Hiring Bonus
As a licensed Therapist, you will conduct long-term group therapy and individual sessions, specializing in mental health and substance use treatment.
You will have the opportunity to supervise emerging clinicians and contribute to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to enhancing patient wellness through dynamic and creative therapeutic methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct long term group therapy, including Intensive Outpatient Program, Partial Hospitalization Program, and Traditional Outpatient Program
- Provide individual and family therapy as needed
- Offer safe discharge and/or next steps for patients graduating or unable to participate in treatment
