Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop tailored treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with treatment teams to implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- Develop and lead educational and activity groups to enhance patient engagement and empowerment
- Supervise and guide Behavioral Health Technicians to ensure excellent patient care
