**Position Summary:**
Provides oversight for the provision of care for a 48-bed hospital.
Serves as a resource to direct care staff.
Coordinates response to incidents, errors, and sentinel events.
Supports the DON with staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned.
Provides direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary or assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years as Registered Nurse with one year acute psychiatric experience and one year management experience preferred
