PHP Therapist
We are seeking a licensed mental health professional to join our team as a PHP Therapist. As a PHP Therapist, you will work with patients in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to provide high-quality treatment and support.
About the Role
- This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 1 pm.
- You will be responsible for leading group therapy sessions using evidence-based models and methodologies, including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.
- You will also have the opportunity to develop and lead Trauma-specific groups.
- You will meet with the treatment team weekly to discuss patient progress and coordinate care with social supports and established providers.

Requirements
- Licensure as an LMSW/LMHC or LPCC/LCSW is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an IOP or PHP setting is preferred.
- Comfort and confidence with computers and electronic medical records are essential.
