Responsibilities:- Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored care plans.
- Treatment Environment: Maintain a safe and efficient working environment by following facility policies and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.
- SUPERVISION AND LEADERSHIP: Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians and assume charge nurse responsibilities when assigned.
