Position Overview
- Provides patient-centered care by assessing needs, developing care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
- Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment by adhering to facility policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Serves as a charge nurse when assigned and supervises behavioral health technicians.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Active state licensure in good standing
