About the Role
Haven Behavioral Health Hospital of Albuquerque is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to serve as a RN House Supervisor. As a member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities Include:- Providing direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse job description when necessary
- Assisting the Director of Nursing with staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned
- Collaborating with the Director of Nursing to implement process improvements and support staff
- Addressing patients' mental health needs through coordination of care
