Our RN House Supervisor will work collaboratively, with our Director of Nursing to ensure delivery on Haven Behavioral Health's mission to partner with communities and families to improve the lives of patients through the delivery of high quality specialty behavioral health services. We are seeking candidates that have a strong passion and calling to serve those who suffer with mental health and addiction issues. This position assists in contributing to the hospital's philosophy, objectives, educational and performance improvement efforts, while providing support to the nursing staff on all units. The house supervisor oversees the daily nursing operations, for our two units, ensuring the coordination of high-quality care. In this role the house supervisor will also assist the Director of Nursing in crafting and implementing process improvement, education and employment engagement initiatives. • Serves as a resource to the direct care staff.
• Coordinates on-site response to incidents, errors and sentinel events.
