Our RN House Supervisor will work collaboratively, with our Director of Nursing to ensure delivery on Haven Behavioral Health's mission to partner with communities and families to improve the lives of patients through the delivery of high quality specialty behavioral health services. The house supervisor oversees the daily nursing operations, for our two units, ensuring the coordination of high quality care. In this role the house supervisor will also assist the Director of Nursing in crafting and implementing process improvement, education and employment engagement initiatives. • Provides direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary and/or assigned.QualificationsEDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.EXPERIENCE: Two years as Registered Nurse with one year acute psychiatric experience and one year management experience preferred.Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
