As an Entry Level Customer Outreach & Sales Associate, you will be on the front lines, engaging directly with local communities to inform, inspire, and motivate potential donors to support our clients' causes. This hands-on, customer-facing role focuses on building relationships, raising awareness, and driving fundraising efforts through direct community outreach. Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with local communities to raise awareness of our clients' missions and drive fundraising initiatives.
• Drive interest and increase donations by establishing strong connections with potential donors.
• Provide exceptional customer support, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and respect.
• Create and distribute impactful marketing materials that highlight client missions and encourage donations.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute community-based events that promote client goals.
• Maintain accurate records of community interactions and donor information while respecting confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 years of experience in community outreach, sales, fundraising, business development, or customer service.
• Eagerness to learn about community outreach efforts and impact-driven initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and team collaboration.
• Independent problem-solving skills, with a passion for community engagement and fundraising.

Job Type: Full-time
