Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Acro Instructor to teach acrobatics to students of all ages. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with the ability to work with students at varying skill levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating safe, engaging, and effective lessons while maintaining a high level of classroom management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Teaching acro classes to students of all ages and skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
- Designing and executing safe and effective acro lesson plans that focus on strength, flexibility, and technique.
- Providing students with clear instructions, corrections, and guidance to improve their acro skills.
- Maintaining a positive, supportive, and structured classroom environment with strong classroom management skills.
- Ensuring the safety of students during classes and activities, following all safety protocols, guidelines, studio policies, vision and values to offer a safe and encouraging environment for dancers to become their best creative selves.
- Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to maintain discipline while fostering a positive and motivating environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a deep understanding of proper ballet technique and the ability to communicate corrections effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers, staff, and students.
- Must be punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 1 per week

- Every weekend
