- Haven Design|Build is a certified BCorp that exists to increase the quantity and quality of housing options for vulnerable and under-served communities.
- We are seeking a passionate, mission-aligned, energetic and entrepreneurial-minded Architectural Designer with experience in housing projects.
- The Architectural Designer will be an essential team member for multiple single-family, multi-family, and/or small commercial projects, from Conceptual Design through Construction Administration.
- As a small firm, this position offers the opportunity to influence all aspects of our practice as well as taking on multi-faceted responsibilities in and out of the practice of architecture.
- Care deeply about housing and economic development for vulnerable communities,
- Have experience creating permit drawings and managing the project delivery process, and
- Be particularly keen on working in a small-firm atmosphere.
- Have a professional degree in Architecture with 3 years of experience,
- Understand project management processes and be highly organized,
- Work well within a team environment and participate in collaborative design,
- Be knowledgeable of Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop and Google Drive,
- Be self-motivated, responsible, and honest.
