Lead Cabinet Installer

Job Summary
The Lead Installer is responsible for overseeing installation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a skilled individual with experience in various installation techniques and the ability to lead a team effectively. The Lead Installer will work closely with clients, providing exceptional service while managing project timelines and resources.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate installation projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
• Perform installations of various materials including stucco, siding, flooring, and tile.
• Execute construction painting tasks as needed, maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
• Fabricate components as required for specific installations, utilizing CNC machinery when necessary.
• Oversee cabinet installation processes, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications.
• Train and mentor junior installers on best practices and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or modifications during the installation process.

Skills

• Proficient in stucco application, siding installation, flooring installation, construction painting, and tile laying.
• Strong ability to perform heavy lifting as required for various installation tasks.
• Experience in fabrication techniques and CNC operation is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $250.00 - $300.00 per day

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: On the road
