ARMHS Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary
Haven for Hope MN is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Supervisor to lead and oversee clinical, training, and administrative operations across our mental health programs. This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality supervision and support services while maintaining compliance with DHS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all programs meet and exceed DHS compliance standards.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and coaching to mental health staff.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and review progress notes for accuracy and completeness.
• Guide staff on alternative strategies for client recovery when challenges arise.
• Collaborate with case managers, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
• Oversee client admissions, treatment planning, and discharges.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain client confidentiality.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, including conducting annual reviews.
• Coordinate crisis interventions and provide clinical backup when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation in line with DHS standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Active licensure: LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP.
• Minimum of 4,000 hours (post-Master’s) of direct clinical experience with individuals experiencing mental illness.
• At least 2 years of clinical supervision experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DHS regulations, including ARMHS and other related services.
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information responsibly and ethically.
• Experience with culturally diverse populations and community-based mental health services.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour
