Job Summary
Haven for Hope MN is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Supervisor to lead and oversee clinical, training, and administrative operations across our mental health programs. This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality supervision and support services while maintaining compliance with DHS regulations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all programs meet and exceed DHS compliance standards.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and coaching to mental health staff.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and review progress notes for accuracy and completeness.
- Guide staff on alternative strategies for client recovery when challenges arise.
- Collaborate with case managers, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
- Oversee client admissions, treatment planning, and discharges.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain client confidentiality.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, including conducting annual reviews.
- Coordinate crisis interventions and provide clinical backup when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation in line with DHS standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
- Active licensure: LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP.
- Minimum of 4,000 hours (post-Master’s) of direct clinical experience with individuals experiencing mental illness.
- At least 2 years of clinical supervision experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of DHS regulations, including ARMHS and other related services.
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and creating individualized treatment plans.
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly and ethically.
- Experience with culturally diverse populations and community-based mental health services.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour
