Brief Description
The Admissions Coordinator / Admissions Assistant works under the direction of the designated Department Manager responsible for resident Admissions. The Admissions Coordinator / Admissions Assistant works to coordinate paperwork, verifications, including insurances and other payor sources, and in making other general preparations for new admissions. The Admissions Coordinator / Admissions Assistant works with the admission and marketing teams to assist in any way possible to enhance communication and ensure that the resident admission process is efficient and effective. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
Requirements
> Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain)
> Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing
> Tuberculosis Testing
> Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)
> Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds
> Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English
