What are the responsibilities and job description for the Benefits Manager HGM Salary position at Haven Health Group?
The Human Resources Benefits Manager works under the direction of the Human Resources Operations Director and is responsible for managing 401(k), health insurance, and ancillary benefits for Health Group Management and all subsidiaries and serve as the main point of contact with benefit inquiries. The Benefits Manager may also perform training to facility human resource Managers, employee engagement activities and recognition programs. The Benefits Manager may also perform necessary HR system audits to ensure compliance.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years of benefit management experience, healthcare industry preferred.
Valid background check / Fingerprint Clearance Card.
