Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth and expanding our referral base in the region. The ideal candidate will have recent home health marketing experience and a proven book of business. This role requires a strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase referrals and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships to drive growth.
- Represent the agency at networking events, conferences, and community outreach programs.
- Work closely with the clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Track and report sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in home health marketing and business development.
- Established book of business with referral sources in Brevard County.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare and home health regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
