Home Health Clinical Supervisor (RN) Broward County Office
Haven Home Health is seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Health Clinical Supervisor (RN) to join our team in Broward County . This is a full-time, in-office leadership role that requires strong clinical and administrative skills to support our home health operations.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with all home health regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to field staff, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Manage case assignments, review documentation, and ensure timely submission of OASIS and RCD requirements.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Monitor and enhance clinical performance through quality assurance initiatives.
- Serve as a key liaison between office staff, field clinicians, and leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Active RN license in the state of Florida.
Minimum 2 years of home health management experience (in-office required).
Experience with home health case management.
Knowledge of OASIS-E1 and Review Choice Demonstration (RCD).
Familiarity with Kinnser EMR (preferred but not required).
Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM in the office.
