In this Home Health RN Nurse role, you will be providing in home high quality skilled nursing care to patients in the Naples, FL area. Under the direction of the Plan of Treatment established with a physician and with input from patient/caregiver, you will assist in ensuring a better way of living and healthy recovery.

Role Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and education
- Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians

Haven Qualification Standards:
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing
- 1-year of Medicare home health using Oasis is preferred
- Currently licensed in the state of the HHA
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and compassionate
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
