Job Summary:
Join our compassionate hospice care team as a Hospice CNA. You will provide essential hospice aide visits to patients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Follow patient care plans and report changes in patient conditions.
Qualifications:
- Current CNA certification in Arizona.
- 1-year of hospice experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Compassionate, patient, and supportive demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
