What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice CNA/ HHA position at Haven HHC?

In this CNA position, you will be providing high quality in home care and assistance to to patients in the Tucson, AZ and surrounding area. Under the direction of the Plan of Treatment. You will assist in daily activities. As a CNA, you will ensure the patient is receiving necessary in home care.

Role Responsibilities:
- Assisting with bathing, general grooming, and walking patient to restroom, etc.
- Staying vigilant to patient needs such as assisting with meals, going for short walks, assisting with getting in/out of bed, etc.
- Assisting nurse with taking vital signs, cleaning and sanitizing, changing bed sheets, helping patient into wheelchair, etc.
Haven Qualification Standards:
- Pass a background screening
- Pass drug screening
- Hospice experience preferred
- Experience of at least 1 year as a CNA
- Available for weekend staffing
