In this Home Health OT role, you will be providing in home high quality skilled therapy to patients in the The Villages, FL area. Under the direction of the Plan of Treatment established with a physician and with input from patient/caregiver, you will assist in ensuring a better way of living and healthy recovery.

Role Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and education
- Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
- Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.
- Other responsibilities will be assigned
Haven Qualification Standards:

- Currently hold an OT licensed in the state of the HHA
- 1-year of relevant experience
