Weekend Baylor RN Home Health (Full-Time, Fri-Mon)

Are you a dedicated RN looking for a rewarding career in home health? We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Weekend Baylor RN to join our home health team in Fort Myers, FL area. This full-time position requires availability from Friday to Monday and offers a flexible schedule between both counties.

Position Details :

  • Schedule : Full-time, Friday Monday
  • Salary : $85,000 per year

    • Qualifications :

  • RN License (active and in good standing)
  • 1 year of skilled home health experience using OASIS preferred
  • Willing to train the right candidate
  • Weekend availability required
  • Flexible to travel between Fort Myers and Naples

    • Responsibilities :

  • Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes
  • Complete thorough assessments and OASIS documentation
  • Develop, implement, and revise care plans as needed
  • Educate patients and caregivers on disease processes and self-management
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
