As a Sales Consultant, you will:
- Master product knowledge to confidently sell homes and secure contracts.
- Follow a proven sales process designed for success, with six-figure income potential.
- Build relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Maintain a sales database, present products to prospective customers, and assess local market competition.
This position requires:
- A minimum of two (2) years of successful sales experience (new home sales experience is preferred).
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills, both one-on-one and in group settings.
- The flexibility to work weekends and some holidays.
- A valid driver’s license and a current SC Real Estate License.
