Control Your Success, Your Way:

• Share your fixed availability with our team (e.g., Monday-Friday 8PM-5PM OR Monday-Friday 12PM - 5PM)

• Personalized client matching based on your preferences

• Protected from assignments that don't match your discussed preferences (e.g., pet allergies, smoke-free environments)

• Build lasting relationships with regular clients

• Manage everything through our user-friendly mobile platform

Immediate Rewards & Transparent Compensation:

• $17/hour starting immediately - paid bi-weekly for reliable income (no guesswork, no complicated pay structures)

• $100 bonus after 1 month - guaranteed

• $100 for each caregiver you refer (paid after their first month)

• $100 for each client referral

• Guaranteed travel compensation between clients (calculated at your hourly rate)

• Minimum 20 hours guaranteed per week (if desired)

Straightforward Requirements:

• Home Health Aide Training Certificate (30-Hour, 60-Hour, OR 75-Hour certification - submit after applying) 

• Valid Driver's License

• Current Auto Insurance

• Reliable Personal Vehicle

Simple 6-Step Hiring Process:

This role involves in-person care and flexible scheduling options, including possible holiday, weekend, or rotating schedules. While holiday shifts are available, you can request unpaid time off.
