Services You'll Provide:
- Personal Care Services:
- Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming
- Helping with eating and meal management
- Supporting clients with household management and personal affairs
- Assisting with self-administration of medications (not dispensing)
- Providing essential housekeeping for client health and welfare
- Performing additional activities of daily living (ADLs) as specified in the client's individualized care plan
- Homemaking Services:
- Meal planning and preparation
- Grocery purchase planning and shopping assistance
- Laundry services (folding, ironing, putting away)
- House cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom care
- Changing bed linens and maintaining a clean living environment
- Providing respite services for the client's regular caregiver
- Completing other homemaking tasks as outlined in the client's care plan
