Haven Homecare is looking for a DMH Program Coordinator to lead our Department of Mental Health program with excellence, care, and integrity.

💼 What You'll Do:

• Oversee the daily operations of our DMH services
• Schedule and manage staffing for the DMH program
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies
• Support and advocate for both employees and clients
• Lead with a customer service mindset—making sure everyone feels valued and supported
• Conduct staff orientation and ensure training requirements are met
• Participate in the on-call rotation and provide hands-on care when needed
  
  

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field preferred
• 1–2 years’ experience with mental health or developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Knowledge of Missouri DMH programs and services (strongly preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation & proof of auto insurance
• A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to doing what's right—not what's easy
