Sell HOPE. Provide individuals in the community an opportunity to stay out of facilities and stay safe and comfortable at home. Focus on finding and educating our referral sources on home health.

Job Summary:

The Home Health Marketer will work with the Haven marketing team to plan and implement marketing efforts to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (including physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities).

• Posses incredible interpersonal skills: You can talk to anyone about any of our amazing geriatric and pediatric support offerings designed to keep them safe at home.
• Utilize organizational tools and skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Navigate the local terrain (up to 80 miles!) to find new opportunities and adventures around every corner.
• Love the community. From setting up shop at health expos to educate people regarding the support Haven provides, you'll be everywhere, spreading the good word about how we make healthcare better.
• Build Alliances. Forge strong bonds with referral sources, local heroes, and potential allies.
• Be a Trend-Watcher. Keep your eyes on the horizon for the next big thing. If there's a new way to help our clients, you'll find it and bring it home.
• Posses professional and independent characteristics (as well as team work skills) to keep the marketing flowing smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
• Previous experience in healthcare marketing a plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards related to marketing activities.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision but also work as a team.
