Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and support to terminally ill patients and their families.
- Create and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate families about end-of-life care and guide them through the process.
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure excellent care delivery.
Qualifications:
- Current Missouri RN license in good standing.
- Preferred: 1 year of nursing experience within the past five years.
- Strong documentation and technology skills.
