The Pre-Construction Coordinator will play a key role in our team, working closely with our Design team to ensure that projects are planned and executed effectively. This involves developing and maintaining detailed pre-construction schedules, submitting and tracking necessary permits, and reviewing and finalizing project contracts.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proven capacity to learn new concepts and tasks with speed and efficiency.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and construction management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, municipalities, and internal teams.
- Ability to problem-solve and manage issues proactively.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and precision in documentation and project tracking.
