Responsibilities
- Prioritize the guest experience by actively listening and anticipating their needs.
- Create personalized experiences for guests by guiding them through the Haven Hot Chicken menu, how to order and recover the guest experience when we do not get it right.
- Live HHC mission and values to ensure the culture outlined is seen, heard and felt.
- Uphold standard work methods as outlined in operational tools and training to deliver the best Hot and NOT Chicken anyone has ever had.
- Cross train to learn all positions within the role of Team Member including front of house and back of house positions.
- Prepare food to guest satisfaction, while following cooking instructions, safety procedures and sanitary requirements.
- Maintain restaurant equipment and overall environment by partnering with their fellow Team Members to complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
- Follow food safety standards to maintain a high quality food experience for guests
- Contribute to the success of the team by being humble, positive and supportive of others.
- Accurately ring in guest orders and follow cash handling procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the store team and management to create a positive work environment and resolve any issues in a professional manner as needed.
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the required uniform and adhering to dress code.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day.
