What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver Camp Verde ALF Hourly position at Haven of Camp Verde?
The Certified Caregiver works under the direction of the Program Director / Director of Nursing to provide assistance with routine sub-q injectable, oral or assistance with topical medications following acceptable practices as ordered by physicians and properly manages the storage and documentation of medications. The Certified Caregiver monitors vital signs of residents, records and maintains proper electronic health record charting, assists with dining services, nourishments and dietary supplements and other tasks as permitted in the scope of certification. Certified Caregivers must be in good standing with the NCIA Board, the credentialing organization for the State of Arizona.

> Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing
> Tuberculosis Testing
> Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)
> Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds
> Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English
