What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Assistant Manager Sedona Hourly position at Haven of Sedona?
The Dietary Assistant Manager works under the direction of the Dietary Manager. The Dietary Assistant Manager is responsible for cooking on the afternoon shift, performing tray audits, making sure temperature logs are maintained, inventory, scheduling and ordering.
> Food Handler’s Permit in Required Counties
> Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing
> Tuberculosis Testing
> Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)
> Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds
> Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English
