RN Requirements:
- Active Nursing License as required by the state
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Compliant with state Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
- Ability to positively relate to residents and visitors
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
- Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, able to handle stress, and maintain professionalism
- Must be energetic, professional, and reliable
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will:
- Direct the daily activities of nursing assistants to ensure high-quality patient care
- Complete required documentation for resident admission, discharge, and transfer, ensuring compliance with facility policies
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician and in accordance with established policies
- Conduct daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment
