- Conduct residential painting tasks as required to maintain the aesthetic appeal of facilities.
- Lead small teams during maintenance projects, providing guidance and support to ensure timely completion.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff, prioritizing tasks based on urgency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
