Key Responsibilities:
- Client Touchpoints: Manage monthly birthday cards to our database and our VIP referral list, creating meaningful, personal connections.
- Database Management: Audit profiles in our database, assign leads correctly, and ensure agents follow up promptly. Oversee lead management to align with capacity targets.
- Client Events: Plan and execute all client events, from concept to completion, ensuring they reflect our brand and delight our clients.
- Social Media Oversight: Review and approve social media posts, help plan giveaways and special campaigns, and oversee marketing ads to ensure consistency and effectiveness (we can teach you the ad basics).
- Postcard Mailers: Manage our monthly postcard campaigns, ensuring they’re designed, printed, and mailed on time.
- Team Scorecards: Update and maintain team scorecards to track performance and progress effectively.
- Project and Task Prioritization: Manage our list of potential projects and issues, determining what needs immediate attention and coordinating solutions.
- Vendor Relationships: Monitor and nurture relationships with our preferred vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and support.
- Other duties as assigned.
