Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. This is a part-time position, paid per job at a rate of $30 per hour. Cleaners must have prior experience and provide their own cleaning supplies. The role involves ensuring residential spaces are clean, sanitized, and welcoming for our clients. Ideal candidates should be committed to high-quality service, have strong attention to detail, and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance and hygiene of all areas.
- Manage laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
- Maintain an organized schedule to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.
- Familiarity with custodial duties and best practices for sanitation is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
