Were searching for an Email Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth team at Havenly. This role will manage and implement the technical operations of the lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS and push within our portfolio of six brands. Our ideal candidate will bring a technical mindset and experience to create cutting edge, multi-channel lifecycle campaigns. This is a unique, high-impact opportunity to play a critical role in the growth of a fast-growing and well-known consumer startup.

What youll do :
- Lead the optimization of the Braze CRM and other marketing technologies to support scalable and efficient marketing operations.
- Manage two offshore associates.
- Manage vendor relationships and technology integrations to ensure maximum ROI.
- Build and maintain automated journeys for growth / acquisition, retention, and long-term program viability - ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, up-time, and output, producing insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams to ensure timely, clean data and information to drive the best possible customer experience and results.
- Spearheading the design, implementation, and optimization of marketing processes to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Seamlessly manage the operation of marketing technologies, accurate data management, and actionable insights to support growth and retention.
- Optimize technical test design and set up to ensure clean and actionable results.
