Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement – Connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored home care solutions.
Lead Generation – Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, referrals, and networking.
Sales Growth – Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting services and converting leads into clients.
Customer Service – Provide outstanding service, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Networking & Marketing – Attend industry events, build relationships, and implement marketing strategies.
Reporting & CRM Management – Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in CRM software.
Qualifications & Experience
Sales & Customer Service: Previous experience in Home care sales, healthcare, or customer service preferred.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with clients, present solutions, and build lasting relationships.
Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM systems.
